The Heart of the Matter (HOM) is my signature piece and is made with a specially selected beach stone carved to hold a stack or cairn of smaller beachstones or glass bead or pearl. Sterling silver wire keeps the beads in place and is attached to a Greek leather adjustable cord. The pendant is approx. the size of a 50 cent piece. The Greek cord adjusts from 16" to 25."

While not fragile, the stone which is the foundation of each Heart of the Matter pendant has been weakened by the large central hole. This pendant should be handled with care and put on over a carpeted floor. If dropped on a hard surface it may break. There is no way to repair the pendant if this happens and it can't be exchanged for a new one.
